Q: That sounds too good to be true, how is that possible?
A: When you buy Alienware computers, you are paying more for the brand name then anything else. They have a huge markup on all of their equipment. I can offer much more reasonable prices for the same computer because I don't ask for an insane markup.

A: All of the computers are covered under a 1yr warranty, which includes limited remote service!
